  1. u2153 cup butter, softened
  2. u2154 cup white sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1u2009u00be cups all-purpose flour
  6. u2153 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  7. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  8. u00bd cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  9. u00bc cup chopped walnuts
  10. 1 egg yolk, beaten
  11. 1 tablespoon water

The instruction how to make Brownie Biscotti

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease baking sheets, or line in imitation of parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, later stir in the vanilla. add together the flour, cocoa and baking powder; disturb into the creamed fusion until well blended. Dough will be stiff, so amalgamation in the last bit by hand. amalgamation in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  3. Divide dough into two equal parts. Shape into 9x2x1 inch loaves. Place onto baking sheet 4 inches apart. Brush similar to merger of water and yolk.

  5. Using a serrated knife, slice the loaves transversely into 1 inch slices. Return the slices to the baking sheet, placing them something like their sides. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes almost each side, or until dry. Cool very and collection in an airtight container.
