This is the first epoch I tried leg steaks. I found them to be a delicious and unquestionably painful sensation cut of lamb. This is how I was told to prepare them by my mother. Mmmmm categorically good.

  1. 4 bone-in lamb steaks
  2. u00bc cup olive oil
  3. 4 large cloves garlic, minced
  4. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  5. salt and dome black pepper to taste

The instruction how to make Grilled Leg of Lamb Steaks

  1. Place lamb steaks in a single deposit in a shallow dish. Cover once olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Flip steaks to coat both sides. Let sit until steaks interest engross flavors, not quite 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat an external grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate. Cook steaks until browned something like the outside and slightly pink in the center, very nearly 5 minutes per side for medium. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should approach at least 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).
