  1. 1 pound bacon
  2. 1 head iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
  3. 1 head cauliflower, florets finely chopped
  4. 1 large red onion, shaved thin
  5. 1 cup mayonnaise
  6. 3 tablespoons white sugar
  7. u2153 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  8. 1 dash sports ground black pepper

The instruction how to make Make Ahead Cauliflower Salad

  1. Place bacon in a large skillet and cook beyond medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, very nearly 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices concerning paper towels. Chop into small pieces.
  2. Layer iceberg lettuce, cauliflower, red onion, bacon, mayonnaise, sugar, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl, in that order. Cover tightly next plastic wrap. Place a close pan not far off from culmination of the salad to press it down.
