  3. 1 (6 inch) flour tortilla
  4. 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  5. 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar, or to taste
  6. 10 chocolate candy melts
  7. 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  8. 1 teaspoon chocolate sprinkles
